@Mairo: @furballs_dc: Germany has nice laws for that, stores are only allowed to bill the customer once they actually ship the product, therefor preordering is entirely risk free.

@NotMeNotYou: oooh, so that's why nintendo of europe didn't take money for preorder of splatoon t-shirt! They are handled and shipped from germany.
I like this, we need this here as well.
(Altough I preorder stuff like once every two years max)
