@vex714: interesting, I keep my weapons immaculately clean so it's not that.
If I send it to the factory it'll be an excuse to get the non fluted cylinder which I think look cool.

@Doomguy666: Sounds good. I checked out their website too. Looks clean and organized, so I don't think you'll have issues getting a hold of them or sending it in.
Lifetime warranty on the revolver. So that's good. Only have to pay the return shipping.
