Then you can also make seperate pool for them from Pools on top panel. Name the pool, then add the post into pool by Add to pool from posts left side panel or by adding tag pool:<ID> which you can get from /pool/show/<ID>.

When uploading colored version, take the grayscale posts ID (left side panel under statistics or /post/show/<ID> in URL) and put it in Parent post ID field when uploading colored page.
