@W0LFB3AT5: To be fair, the site is reaching an age now where those who have made the effort to keep it well-organized, orderly, etc. are becoming noticeable more easily. Although I can't say for sure since I don't know how exactly admins pick users out.

    People can report others for good behavior. It's done the same way you would report bad behavior.

    I think the text should be changed so it's obvious that you can report for good things.
