@artistGallivant_crow: once uploaded and approved, only way to get content out from here is trough takedown system and after takedown, that content cannot be reuploaded.
This is because who uploads content is irrelevant.

@artistGallivant_crow: Sorry I'm late, I tend to ignore blips. I usually ask before uploading people's stuff and thought I had gotten your approval since I had you marked as approve on an asked sheet I keep. I apologise for the mismark.
