Blacklist Question: What do we do when out blacklist has reached it character limit? Can the cap be raised when the limit is reached, or would we need to do "inventory management" to make it more relevant?

I'm not maxed out yet, but I may be soon.

@Chameloshi: The limit is hard, meaning we can't make that cookie any larger than this. You'll have to manage your entries better if you hit the limit.
