@W0LFB3AT5: This entirely depends on the method of resampling used for upscaling. While they will not meet the original art quality, some methods are better than others and are used for different purposes.

@Ratte: Ah, that makes sense. I mean it's a lot easier if I were to browse related images and hopefully find a bigger resolution size.
