I started playing survival mode on in Fallout 4, and the first disease I get, early on the game, is parasites.

I don't even know how. I make a bed, I go to sleep, I wake up, and suddenly, worms.

I haven't even made it past Concord yet.

@Chameloshi: Any organism that can survive nuke levels of radiation is gunna be super aggressive, and even more so with so little humans to suck on.

I would play FO4 survival, but my game isn't stable enough for no quick saves, I'm always mashing F5.
