@Chameloshi: They're used to occupy the hands of an Autistic person so they don't fidget with them. Was it passed out to everyone? If not, it may have been a passive-aggressive jab.

@kamimatsu: They weren't passed out, it was given to me by someone who gave me a ride home, I guess it had something to do with me bringing it up when he was cleaning a seat.
And I don't think it was negative intent or anything, he's a nice person.
