Is twentypercentcooler.net based on e621 and if so:
does it have the same admins, 'cause some really look like them.

@Aryanne_Hoofler: I personally don't use twentypercentcooler, but I can pretty much guarantee none of our admins also admin that site. From what I glanced over, twentypercentcooler does use the same base code, but that's all they really have in common.
