@Clitheroe: I don't know the details myself, but apparently there's a way to cheat Tumblr's max resolution size, by replacing the "1280" at the end of the address bar with "raw". It's heavily affecting certain members' upload limits.

...Oh boy. THAT'S quite a mess. Well, at least we know a cool trick...!
