I feel for you. Then again, this past year my hair grew I think over a foot. But this was the quickest year. Before it was as slow as your saying yours is.

Mine always grew faster after haircuts.
Haven't gotten one in over a year and a half now though, so it's slowed down.

@TheHuskyK9: I have pelvis length hair, only took me 7 years.
