This is right up there with the 'mandatory team meeting' that uses up an entire day, accomplishes nothing of value, and puts us behind by a full day's run of production etc.

I don't want to "feel like part of a team." I don't feel compelled to "build relationships at work." I just want to do my job, go home, and pretend to be a dumb noseless noodle on the internet.
