A bulge far larger than average, or realistically possible. Hyper bulges tend to fall in the "bigger than a fist and bigger than a head" range; they're impossibly huge, and often enough to make walking difficult (if not nigh impossible). Wearing bottomwear... Seems quite unfeasible...
