Overview
Cegavki is a fairly intelligent and rational person, though his young age and lack of real-world experiences prevent him from having true wisdom. He tends to be a concrete thinking, literal-minded person and he lacks imagination. He is slightly smaller than the average Lurkerbeast, and this fact pains him, as he longs to be seen as strong and masculine by those around him. Cegavki is a little shy, and lacks self-confidence, but he covers it up by acting more brave than he really is.
Despite being naturally gifted with telekinetically attached ranged weapons, he is easily frightened by violence and would prefer to intimidate his foes rather than actually harm others. However, if he is pushed far enough, he is willing to kill if it means protecting his friends and loved ones. Cegavki's nature is that of protecting those around him, he wants to be a reliable person who others can turn to when they need him, but his insecurity makes it difficult for him to actually show up when needed. Therefore, he ends up making promises he cannot keep, intending full-well to follow through, but failing to step up.
Cegavki is utterly in love with his sibling Minmu, who raised him, and he spends as much time as possible with them.
