It is when we see that internal surfaces of a body are cyan (instead of red).
Cyan is an extremely saturated color obtained by putting both blue and green to their max (#0ff), not to be confused with blue (which has less green) and teal (close to green). Many people consider cyan to be a subcategory of blue.
cyan_insides can include seeing cyan : interior of mouth, internal organs, pussy, anus, inside of nose, and other inside surfaces of body.
No requirement for internal view.

Do not Extrapolate
Seeing just a cyan_tongue without seeing that the rest of the mouth (or any other internal surface) is cyan is not enough for cyan_insides.
Same for just seeing a cyan_body and not more.
Also when the transition between outside and inside is not the same color than the inside color, the <color>_insides tag should be from the color of inside and not from the transition.
