This tag is used when two or more characters are holding each other in their arms, usually around the neck, back, chest, or waist. Some cases may involve only one character holding another character within their arms, with or without chest-to-chest contact between these characters.

• If the characters are not having sex, use hug or cuddling instead (for standing or lying respectively).
• Not to be confused with grabbing.
