Hanging Breasts describes when a character's breasts appear droopy - effected by gravity - usually when a character is bent over, on all fours, leaning forward or upside-down.
For breasts that are naturally "droopy", regardless of position, see sagging breasts - if a character is standing or sitting up straight and their breasts sag, use that tag.
