This tag is used for images or animations where only the base of a character's penis is visible.

When caused by clothing, this may happen when the character is wearing bottomwear or pants that are low-riding, being pulled down, too small, or being stretched by an erection. In other cases, this may be caused by objects blocking the rest of the penis, when the penis goes out of the image boundaries, etc.
