Character: hilda (hilda)

Hilda is the protagonist of the series of the same name. She is a self-described adventurer who enjoys investigating supernatural creatures and occurrences. She is canonically 12 years old in the first two seasons of the series, and 13 in the third. She is the daughter of Johanna and friends with Alfur Aldric, Wood Man, and The Great Raven. Twig is her pet.

Hilda is one-quarter fairy, but is visually indistinguishable from a regular human. She spent a significant period of time transformed into a troll before later returning to human form; you may see fanworks set during this period that depict her in troll form.
