A pelican-based Rito male introduced in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. He's an employee of the Lucky Clover Gazette newspaper, published in the old Rito Stable from the previous game, and is partnered with Link for several side quests.

In addition to traditional Rito garb, he also wears a pair of goggles and a flight helmet similar to the helmets worn early in the history of human aviation.
