Galanthus, commonly known as the snowdrop, is a genus of flowering plants in the family Amaryllidaceae.

These plants have two leaves and a single white bell-shaped flower. The outer part of the flower is made up of larger petals, while the inner part is made up of smaller petals with green markings.
