Ambassador Mou Via is a major NPC belonging to the Sergal Republic in the game's server. Her role is diplomacy, but she may also participate to space combat if needed.
Personal information on this NPC has been redacted following the mission to take out the interdimensional "Oracle".
Mou Via used to have limited telepathic abilities during the GSF-LYS war. With time, she developed it into a mind-reading technique.
She is described in the original script as a tall sergal woman, with indigo fur and shining purple eyes. In the animated series, the model used to represent her is a light modification of a sergal model created by Furromantic.
Currently, Mou Via pilots the S.R.S. Spear, a lightly modified Turian light cruiser.
