september (month)
September is the ninth month of the Julian and Gregorian calendars, lasting for 30 days. In the Northern Hemisphere, September is the month of the autumn equinox and in the Southern Hemisphere, the month of the spring equinox. It is named after the Latin term septem, meaning "seven", as the month was originally the seventh month of the Julian calendar. Its birthstone is the sapphire, and its flowers are the aster, the forget-me-not, and the morning glory.
Note: This should only be tagged when a monthly calendar is on the picture or when the picture is visibly September-themed. It should not be tagged for a themed art month (such as Inktober) or the month a post was originally created.
