july (month)
July is the seventh month of the Julian and Gregorian calendars, lasting for 31 days. In the Northern Hemisphere, July is the first full month of summer, and in the Southern Hemisphere, the first full month of winter. It is named after Julius Caesar, famed Roman general and statesman. Its birthstone is the ruby, representing contentment, and its flowers are the larkspur and the water lily.
