Unlike all other latex clothing tags, rubber_boots is not going to be aliased into latex_boots. So this tag isn't useful and posts under it will be retagged into rubber_boots.

Waterproof boots are a generic type of boots which protect the feet against water or other liquids.
This tag should only be applied when boots are shown in an image showing water or other liquids, such as mud, slime etc. In other words the appearance of the clothing and context of the image should make it obvious that the boots are waterproof.
Not to be confused with
- latex_boots: Waterproof boots should not be tagged as latex_boots but these boots can appear alongside each other if their appearances significantly differ.
