Due to the bizarre nature of the image, "Sandy Cheeks Cock Vore" has become a minor meme in the vein of "cursed images", often referencing without showing the image itself, or only depicting part of the image. In some cases, the image is simply recreated, with another character traced over, sometimes with other means of sucking up whatever else is in the image (e.g. using a giant vacuum cleaner).
