A character is depicted to not be wearing their bikini_bottom after they recently did so.
Often the bikini bottom is still in the picture, but since this does not have to be the case, make sure to manually add the bikini_bottom tag.
If the bikini bottom is not visible, it must otherwise be obvious that a character was recently wearing one. (e.g. being shocked at their exposed bottom while wearing a bikini_top)

Usually the character in question is still wearing a bikini_top, although that piece could also have been removed.
