A character holding/grabbing their own penis for any reason. Holding in this context refers to gripping the penis, or some other means of physically supporting it with one's hands/arms.

Not to be confused with

• penis_grab - A character holding/grabbing another character's penis. Additionally, hand_on_another's_penis does not apply to holding a penis.
