Character: scp-001 (when day breaks)
SCP-001-LOCKE, aka, When Day Breaks is one of the many SCP-001 proposals in the SCP Mythos.
SCP-001 is a phenomenon in which the light of Earth's Sun causes all organic life to melt into a puddle of liquid flesh designated SCP-001-A. When multiple instances of SCP-001-A come into contact with each other the form together into singular, immortal, mindless monsters obsessed with integrating more lifeforms into their mass. Since SCP-001 causes its effect through its own light distant galaxies and planets capable of observing SCP-001 from a distance will inevitably be effected by SCP-001, and objects capable of reflecting its light will also be able to increase the sun's range.
SCP-001 is designated Apollyon.
