Any character that has above average musculature and is taking part in a power exchange (partial or total) as the one to have/accept less agency, such as being restrained or in accepting direction.

In general, they are depicted as the receiving partner, though this is not a requirement. Similarly, the dominant/submissive relationship does not require a sexual component.
