Zyneru's main features are 2 turqoise antennae with white fur and a matching tail. He is primarily a scientist who works at an unknown research facility, where he conducts research involving different species and serums. Breeding is sometimes used at the facility to collect eggs for studying or for cash. Zyneru can also become impregnated without the need of a uterus, where his ass is used instead (typically caused by a fertility serum created by Zyneru).
