Alicia is a character in the Rocko's Modern Life episode "SWAK". Rocko pursues Alicia, a kangaroo, romantically in this episode, and she becomes his girlfriend at the end. (the name "SWAK" means "Sealed With a Kiss").

For much of the episode the viewer is made to believe that Wallace, an orange elephant, is her boyfriend. In fact he is her brother, freeing her to be with Rocko.

This romantic conquest is only in effect for that episode, and in another episode Rocko dates another woman, Sheila.
