Mr. Rex is a minor character featured in the Cartoon Network-produced animated series The Amazing World of Gumball, and is the father to Character Tina Rex.
First appeared in the episode "The Quest", Mr. Rex is a Tyrannosaurus rex with thick, brownish-green scales all over his body, red and yellow eyes and huge, black claws on his feet and presumably his hands as well. However unlike her daughter who is only taller than the students in Elmore Junior High, Rex is taller than most if not all of the residents of Elmore.
In the episode "The Routine" it's revealed that he has a scar in his right eye, Possibly thanks to the fight he and nicole watterson had in the episode "The Fight".
