Fellatio where the giver is grabbing or hugging other parts of the receiver's body at the same time (legs, ass, testicles, torso...) especially if to help themselves go deeper on their penis. In that case, they could also be grabbing their clothes.
It doesn't apply if the giver is actually trying to push the receiver away.
