Sergeant O'Fera, AKA Chinook Pilot Saluki, is the leader of The Howling Aces. She and her team appear as bosses in the "Doggone Dogfight" level in Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course. She and her team guard the Pineapple Mint, one of the key ingredients in Chef Saltbaker's Wonder Tart Recipe. O'Fera is not named in-game; her name was not known until April 2023, when Studio MDHR and toy company Youtooz announced a set of Cuphead figures that included her.

O'Fera wears a yellow pilot's suit with a red collar, a red chest pocket on the right, with a red armband and belt. She also wears brown open finger gloves and boots, and a red garrison cap. She has long ears and a long snout. A patch of forelock stick out from her hat.

During the boss battle, she appears during the final phase piloting a large, robotic, and presumably sentient dachshund shaped Boeing CH-47 Chinook Helicopter.
