For when a sitting character's balls are visibly underneath their bottom, but they do not substantially support the character. Ball_squish should probably also apply.

This is what usually comes to mind when someone mentions "sitting on balls", but the sitting_on_balls tag is reserved for a character being physically supported by the balls, usually through their hyper size.
