A skull helmet is either:

• A helmet designed to look like a skull.
• An actual skull being worn and used as a helmet.

Not to be confused with

• skull_head - The skull is actually the character's head and not just headwear.
• skull_mask - Some skull helmets also serve as masks but not all do. Other times it's a separate piece of headwear.
