Haigure is a Japanese meme/fetish based on a scene from a Crayon Shin-Chan movie. In it, an alien uses a mind control ray to force people into leotards and then strike that weird pose while yelling "haigure".

The concept has since expanded to include people being hypnotized or corrupted by some means (magic, technology, traditional brainwashing, hypnosis, etc) to put them into a high-leg leotard then coerce them into doing the embarrassing 'Haigure' pose/dance (or other embarassing repetative motions), while saying or shouting the word, "Haigure!", over and over in an almost zombie like state.
