Cap is a male winter sprite from Them's Fightin' Herds, running the Cap'n'Cash's apparel shop in the pixel lobby along with Cashmere.

Like the rest of his species, Cap has blue skin and humanoid pointy ears,but what makes him stand out is his large purple top hat, matching coat with fluffy white trims, a gold medallion around his neck, a purple bow tie, and yellow rimmed shutter shades.
