Refers to the Harmonix/EA developed game Rockband. Produced in [insert date here], Rockband follows a similar formula to Guitar Hero (Five Frets, Solo Buttons (like sliders on GH World Tour Guitars)), however has different visuals and a much different guitar. The Guitar for Rockband has flat frets instead of the dome-like shaped frets of Guitar Hero guitars. Rockband Drums usually have no cymbals and 4 pads/toms, while Guitar Hero drums have 2 cymbals and 3 pads/toms.
