(hence "quad") The secondary and most common visual aspect is that the majority of the character's body/face/head is small enough to be completely in the frame of the image with no cutoff,

While "submissive_pov" and "pov_blowjob" are within proximity of the subject matter, it's not the specific nature of the definition's. context There may be similar images with slightly similar poses, but the major distinction between the ones that are not in this designation are where the legs or thighs are not implied to be "hugging" the POV's frame or where only one hand or no hands are actively holding the "POV" instead of all four limbs.

The most striking example would fit this criteria accurately would be BoyHowdy's image of Charmy Bee, as the character is canonically so small that with any attempt to do any kind of "irrumatio_pov" -style of image that it would be difficult, if not impossible for him to not automatically be depicted in the Quad Hold simply due to his canonical limited height, so his fully body is likely to always be framed as if his hands and legs would be hugging the frame of the camera no matter which artist attempted to pose him in any "irrumatio_pov" where Charmy is the dominant character:

While blowjob or cunnilingus is not a requirement, it is at least implied or suggested to be imminent by the posing and framing of the focal character, especially given that the character is always looking down at the viewer at the top of the image with the genitals being presented at the bottom of the image, as if the viewer is either between the legs/thighs of the character or the character's impending intentions involve oral sex if not already engaging in it.
