November 30 is National Moussé Day, an unofficial holiday celebrating the popular dessert first developed in France in the 18th century. While dessert moussés, such as chocolate moussé are well known, there are also a variety of other types.

They have nothing to do with the animal moose unless you have some really weird tastes.
