Barbatos is the name of a boss character and recruitable follower in the video game "Cult of the Lamb". They're a giant spiky burrowing worm creature that uses their spikes to attack the player. Once defeated they turn into their follower form which you recruit into the cult and unlocking their appearance to be used in follower character customization. Their most prominent feature is their cracked skin, rows of large curved horns protruding from each side of their head and a large toothy gaping secondary mouth on top of their head. Their gender - presuming they have one - is unknown.
