A term for when one character inflates or otherwise causes expansion to happen to another by filling them with something, usually through the mouth, making it look like an act of kissing. However, this can happen through orifices or even body parts other than the mouth, such as the anus or the penis.

It doesn't matter whether the character is blowing air, spitting water, or even producing slime; as long as at least one character is using their mouth to fill another character up, then it's considered a puffkiss.

Often accompanied by puffed cheeks.
