Use this tag whenever a character is shot through their heart. The heart happens to be an extremely important organ - it keeps you alive by pumping blood through your body. So, you can be fairly certain that anyone wounded in this way is definitely going to die.

Due to a common misconception, it is common in art for the heart to be depicted as being on the upper left side of the chest. However, it is actually located in the center of the chest, slightly shifted to the left. This tag applies whether the location depicted is accurate or not.
