A character holding a penis for any reason, whether it is their own penis, or another character's penis.

"Holding" refers to gripping around the penis with a hand without applying too much force (not squeezing or tugging the penis), holding the penis in both hands, or supporting it in one's hands (allowing the penis to rest on the palms). Other appendages can also "hold" a penis, such as feet, or a prehensile tail.
