A swivel chair, spinny chair, or revolving chair is a chair with a seat that can rotate 360 degrees left or right on a central leg. They often have wheels or casters on the base to allow a seated person to move along the floor without getting up. Many office chairs and gaming chairs are swivel chairs, but not all of them.
