This ambiguous tag should be replaced with one of these instead:

• prison_guard_position For the sex position where the penetrated party's hands are held behind their back
• handle For handles on a bicycle, or a pool_toy, or whatnot
• horn_grab For horns or antlers being held, typically during oral_penetration
• moustache For handlebar moustaches
• thigh_sex For when a penis is squeezed between someone's thighs from behind (see handlebar for alias)
