Butt Cutout describes an intentional window/hole (cutout) in a garment that exposes the wearer's butt. The degree of exposure and raciness of the cutout can vary wildly, from small "keyholes" that expose a small part of the wearer's butt and "furgonomic" holes for tails, to moderately sized holes showing off more butt cleavage, to garments that expose most or all of the wearer's backside.

There are also explicit variants that expose the wearer's anus and/or genitals along with the butt, sometimes crossing over with crotch cutout, or crotchless clothing.
